Print Shipping Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid MSG Official Store return shipping label provided via email.
Package Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring all team merchandise is protected, and attach the return label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized shipping location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
